    Wins in Lucky Bunny and money blocks in Color Block go into your balance: rupiah in Indonesia, US dollars in 17 other countries. Coins are counted separately.

  2. Reach the withdrawal ladder

    Each game has a fixed withdrawal ladder. The Wallet shows the next step and how much is left to reach it.

  3. Enter your DANA number or PayPal email

    In Indonesia, type your DANA number (starting with 08) in the Wallet. In the 17 other countries, type your PayPal email. Then submit. The amount is taken from your balance right away, with no fee.

  4. We review it

    Our team reviews and sends every withdrawal, with a target of 3 working days at the latest.

  5. It lands in DANA or PayPal

    You can follow the status in your withdrawal history. If it is rejected or fails, the balance comes back in full.

Where can I cash out my balance?

It depends on your account's currency. Rupiah accounts (Indonesia) cash out to DANA, with a DANA number that starts with 08 and is 10 to 13 digits long. US dollar accounts (17 other countries) cash out to PayPal, with your PayPal email. There is no withdrawal fee.

How long does a withdrawal take?

Our team checks and sends every withdrawal. We aim for 3 business days at most, and the estimated date is shown in the withdrawal status.

Are there in-game purchases?

No. Neither game sells anything inside the app. Spins and tickets refill over time, and you can get more by watching ads.

What happens if I uninstall the app?

Your account is tied to a small file on your phone. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, the game creates a new account and the old one cannot be opened again. Cash out any balance that has reached the withdrawal ladder before you uninstall the app.
