General
What is Himalaya Games?
A studio that makes casual Android games. There are two games right now, Lucky Bunny and Color Block, for players in Indonesia and 17 other countries.
When can I download Lucky Bunny and Color Block?
Both are coming soon to Google Play. We will post the download links on this site as soon as the games are out.
Are there in-game purchases?
No. Neither game sells anything inside the app. Spins and tickets refill over time, and you can get more by watching ads.
Does the game need internet?
Yes. The board, your balance and game results are calculated and stored on the server, so both games need a connection. If the connection drops, the game retries automatically and then shows a Try again button.
Which countries can I play in?
Indonesia, plus 17 other countries: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Luxembourg. In any other country the game is not available yet. Your account's country and currency are locked when you first play and do not change, even if you play from another country: Rupiah if you start in Indonesia, US dollars if you start in one of the countries above.
What is the minimum age to play?
13 years old. Players under 18 should play with permission from a parent or guardian.
Which languages are available?
Indonesian and English. You can change the language in the game at any time.
Balance and withdrawals
Where can I cash out my balance?
It depends on your account's currency. Rupiah accounts (Indonesia) cash out to DANA, with a DANA number that starts with 08 and is 10 to 13 digits long. US dollar accounts (17 other countries) cash out to PayPal, with your PayPal email. There is no withdrawal fee.
When can I cash out my balance?
When your balance reaches the next step on the withdrawal ladder. The step amount is shown in the Wallet, and you cash out exactly that amount. The rest of your balance stays saved.
How long does a withdrawal take?
Our team checks and sends every withdrawal. We aim for 3 business days at most, and the estimated date is shown in the withdrawal status.
My withdrawal was rejected or failed. What now?
A rejected or failed withdrawal is returned to your balance in full, and your step on the withdrawal ladder is not used up. In Lucky Bunny, you can appeal a rejected withdrawal once within 7 days.
Why is my withdrawal in review?
Sometimes we need to check an account for longer, for example when one DANA number or PayPal email is used on several devices. While it is in review, you can still play and your balance does not change. You can appeal once from the Wallet.
What is the difference between balance and coins?
Your balance is in Rupiah or US dollars, depending on your account, and is cashed out through the withdrawal ladder. Coins add up separately and can be cashed out whenever you have enough, at a fixed rate: 40 coins = Rp 1 for Rupiah accounts, 1,000 coins = 1 cent for dollar accounts.
Does clicking ads add to my balance?
No. Ad rewards are given after you finish watching the ad.
Can I move my balance to another game or player?
No. Balance, coins, spins and tickets are separate in each game and cannot be transferred.
Account and data
Do I need to create an account?
No. Your account is created automatically the first time you open the game, with no name, email or password. You only enter a DANA number or PayPal email when you cash out.
What happens if I uninstall the app?
Your account is tied to a small file on your phone. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, the game creates a new account and the old one cannot be opened again. Cash out any balance that has reached the withdrawal ladder before you uninstall the app.
How do I delete my account and data?
Send an email to contact@himalayagames.com with the subject "Delete account". The full steps are on the Delete Account & Data page.
What data is stored?
A random device ID, your IP address and country, game data, and your DANA number or PayPal email if you cash out. We do not ask for your name, contacts, photos or GPS location. We only ask for an email for PayPal withdrawals.
Lucky Bunny
How do I win in Lucky Bunny?
Get three matching symbols on any of the 10 paylines. Wins from several lines are added together, and WILD substitutes for every symbol except prize symbols and cash symbols.
What is Lucky Spin?
Every 12 spins you get 8 free spins that land only prize symbols, cash symbols and WILDs. If a WILD lands, every prize on that spin is doubled.
What are the Lucky Wheel and the Exclusive Reward?
The Lucky Wheel is a prize wheel that opens every 20 spins. The Exclusive Reward opens when the meter next to the SPIN button fills up, which happens every 10 spins.
I ran out of spins. What now?
You get 1 spin every minute, up to 30, even while the game is closed. You can also watch an ad for extra spins.
Where can I see the prize odds?
In the Reward Rules inside the game. Every symbol value and the odds for each level are listed there, and they are the same for all players with the same currency.
Color Block
How do I play Color Block?
Drag one of three shapes onto the 8x8 board. Shapes cannot be rotated. A full row or column breaks, and breaking several lines at once gives a combo.
Where does the balance in Color Block come from?
Some blocks carry an Rp coin, or a $ coin on a dollar account. Its value goes into your balance when that block's line breaks. Breaking lines also gives coins, and clearing the whole board gives bonus coins.
What are tickets?
Starting a game takes 1 ticket. Tickets refill over time, and rewarded ads give extra tickets.
What happens when the board is full?
Your result shows for a moment, then a new game starts on its own for 1 ticket. Tap Home on the result card to stop.
What if I close the game in the middle of a round?
Nothing is lost. The board is saved on the server, and when you open the game again you go straight back to it.
