These terms govern how you use Lucky Bunny, Color Block and the himalayagames.com site. We keep them as short as we can. Read them together with the Reward & Withdrawal Rules and the Privacy Policy.

When these terms apply

By installing or playing our games, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our games. These terms apply to every version of Lucky Bunny and Color Block that we publish.

Who can play

  • You are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, play with permission from a parent or guardian.
  • You are in a country where the game is available. Right now the game is available in Indonesia and17 other countries, listed in the Reward & Withdrawal Rules. New accounts cannot be created from other countries.

Account

  • Your account is created automatically the first time you open the game. We do not ask for a name, email or password to create it.
  • Each game has its own account on each device. Your Lucky Bunny balance and progress are separate from Color Block.
  • Your account is tied to a small file on your phone. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, the game creates a new account and the old one cannot be opened again. We cannot move a balance from an old account to a new one.
  • Your account's country and currency are locked the first time you play and do not change, even if you play from another country.

Balance, coins, spins and tickets

  • Your balance in Rupiah (Indonesian accounts) can be cashed out to DANA, and your balance in US dollars (accounts in 17 other countries) can be cashed out to PayPal, under the Reward & Withdrawal Rules.
  • Coins can be cashed out separately when you have enough, at a fixed rate.
  • Spins (Lucky Bunny) and tickets (Color Block) are only for playing. They have no cash value and cannot be cashed out.
  • Nothing is sold in the game. You do not need to, and cannot, pay to play.
  • Balance, coins, spins and tickets cannot be transferred to another player or another game.
  • If your balance goes up or down because of a system error, we may correct it to match the actual game results.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals to DANA or PayPal are covered on the Reward & Withdrawal Rules page: the withdrawal ladder, how to request a withdrawal, checks, balance refunds and appeals. Our team checks every withdrawal before it is sent.

Ads

  • The games show ads, including ads you can watch to get spins, tickets or coins.
  • Ad rewards are given after you finish watching the ad. Clicking an ad does not add to your balance.
  • We may pause ads and their rewards temporarily, for all players or in certain countries.

Play fair

To keep things fair for all players, you must not:

  • use bots, scripts or automated tools to play or watch ads;
  • modify or decompile the app, or use a modified version of it;
  • exploit loopholes or bugs to get balance, coins, spins or tickets;
  • create many accounts or use many devices to collect rewards;
  • cash out to someone else's DANA number or PayPal email without their permission;
  • disrupt or overload our servers.

If we find signs of a violation, we may put withdrawal checks on hold, freeze the account's withdrawals, or reject withdrawals. While withdrawals are frozen you can still play, and you can appeal under the review rules.

Changes to the rules and the service

  • We may change the game rules, such as odds or prize values. Changes apply to all players from the moment they are published. The balance and coins you have already collected do not change.
  • We may pause withdrawals temporarily. Withdrawals already requested will still be processed.
  • We may change these terms. The "Last updated" date above changes each time they do.

Service availability

The games need an internet connection because every game is calculated on our servers. We try to keep the servers running, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption. If your connection drops in the middle of a game, the game tries to resend your move, and the board or balance already recorded on the server is not lost.

Limitation of liability

The games are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by service interruptions, accounts lost because the app was uninstalled, or a wrong DANA number or PayPal email that you entered. Our obligation for balances is limited to the balance that is recorded on the server and meets the Reward & Withdrawal Rules.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
