This page explains how to delete your account and data for Lucky Bunny or Color Block, two Android games made by Himalaya Games.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to contact@himalayagames.com with the subject "Delete account".
  2. Write the name of the game: Lucky Bunny or Color Block.
  3. Write your player ID (in Lucky Bunny it is in the Help menu), or the DANA number or PayPal email you have used for withdrawals, so we can find your account.
  4. We will reply to your email and let you know when the deletion is done.

Uninstalling the app from your phone alone does not delete your data on the server.

Other requests about your data, such as a copy or a correction, can go to the same address. Your full rights are in the GDPR section of the Privacy Policy.

What is deleted

  • Your player account and device ID.
  • Balance, coins, spins, tickets and game progress.
  • The stored IP address and country.
  • Flags from our checks, review notes and appeals.

What we keep

  • Withdrawal records (DANA number or PayPal email, amount, date and status) are kept as proof of payment for 10 years.
  • Encrypted database backups made before the deletion are deleted automatically within 30 days.

Before you ask

Any balance and coins you have not cashed out are lost when the account is deleted. If your balance has reached the withdrawal ladder, cash it out from the Wallet first. Details of the data we store are in the Privacy Policy.
