These rules apply the same way to every Lucky Bunny and Color Block player. The latest figures for your account are always shown in the Wallet in the game.

Balance, coins, spins and tickets

Tickets (Color Block)Refill on their own over time, adsNo

Everything is separate in each game and cannot be moved to another player or game. Nothing expires.

Withdrawal ladder

Your balance is cashed out in steps. Each step has a fixed amount, and you cash out exactly that amount. The amounts follow your account's currency.

WithdrawalRupiah accountUS dollar account
FirstRp 20$0.10
SecondRp 100,000$5.00
Third and afterRp 200,000$10.00
  • The next step opens after the previous step has been requested.
  • A rejected or failed withdrawal does not use up a step. You can request the same step again.
  • Any balance above the step amount stays in your account.
  • The ladder is the same in Lucky Bunny and Color Block, but each game counts it separately.

Coin withdrawals

The coin exchange rate is fixed and follows your account's currency: 40 coins = Rp 1 for Rupiah accounts, and 1,000 coins = 1 cent for US dollar accounts. Coins are cashed out 200,000 coins at a time (Rp 5,000 for Rupiah accounts, $2.00 for US dollar accounts), whenever you have enough. Coin withdrawals are separate from the balance withdrawal ladder and do not use its steps.

How to request a withdrawal

  1. Open the Wallet in the game.
  2. Enter where to send the money. Rupiah accounts use a DANA number, which starts with 08 and is 10 to 13 digits long. US dollar accounts use a PayPal email. Make sure it is your own account and that it can receive money.
  3. Choose a balance or coin withdrawal, then submit it.
  • The amount is taken from your balance or coins as soon as you submit.
  • There is no withdrawal fee, to DANA or to PayPal.
  • Every withdrawal gets an ID that starts with WD. Keep this ID in case you contact us.
  • You can request up to 5 withdrawals in one hour.

Checks and payment

Our team checks every withdrawal and then sends it. Its status shows in your withdrawal history:

  • Submitted: we have received the withdrawal.
  • In review: the withdrawal is getting a closer check, for example because its DANA number or PayPal email is also used on another device.
  • Paid: we have sent the money to your DANA or PayPal.
  • Rejected or Failed: see the next section.

Our target is to pay each withdrawal no later than 3 business days after it is submitted, to DANA or to PayPal. The estimated date shows in the withdrawal status.

A DANA number or PayPal email should be used on one device only. If it is used on several devices, the withdrawal is flagged and goes into review.

Rejected or failed

  • A rejected or failed withdrawal is returned in full to your balance or coins, and the ladder step is not used up.
  • A withdrawal can fail if the DANA or PayPal account it goes to cannot receive money. Check your account, then submit again.
  • In Lucky Bunny, you can appeal a rejected withdrawal once, within 7 days after it was rejected. If the appeal is accepted, you can request that withdrawal again.

Account review and appeals

Sometimes we need to review an account's withdrawals for longer, for example if there are signs of a breach of the fair play rules. While the account is in review:

  • you can still play, and your balance does not change;
  • new withdrawals cannot be requested yet, but withdrawals already requested are still checked;
  • you can appeal once from the Wallet.

Our target is to review an appeal within 3 business days. If the appeal is accepted, withdrawals open again. If it is rejected, the decision stands and you cannot appeal again for the same review.

Withdrawal pauses

We may pause withdrawals temporarily, for one game or for all of them. During a pause, the withdrawal button is disabled and the game says "Withdrawals are taking a short break." Withdrawals already requested are still processed.

Country and currency

Your account's country and currency are locked from the first time you play and do not change, even if you play from another country. Your balance is never converted to another currency, and the ladder and the coin rate follow your account's currency.

  • Indonesia: balance in Rupiah, cashed out to DANA.
  • 17 other countries (the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Luxembourg): balance in US dollars, stored in cents, cashed out to PayPal with an email.
  • Any other country: not available yet. New accounts cannot be created from there.

Rupiah withdrawals go only to DANA, and US dollar withdrawals go only to PayPal.

Prize odds and values

In Lucky Bunny, the odds and value of every prize are listed in full in the Reward Rules and the Paytable in the game. Odds are calculated on the server and are the same for all players with the same currency and level. The rules may change, but the balance you have already collected does not change.
